Shipping Fee

Shipping is free on all orders of +$500 and delivery is guaranteed.

*Certain countries have other fees such as insurance, Non-standard shipping options.

Orders for less than $500 will carry a shipping/handling charge which will be a flat rate on checkout.

Please note, for larger sized items (Humidors, Jars, big packages, etc.), there may be supplemental shipping charges. These cases will be dealt with the client directly.

Shipping Time*

We ship everyday , Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday, along with orders placed during the weekend.

The normal delivery time should be between 7 to 20 days.

*Shipping Advisory: COVID-19 We kindly request club members to anticipate some extended delivery delays and hiccups due to the cancelation of multiple commercial flights due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. We will directly communicate with club members if their orders have been affected. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your support and understanding during these complicated periods.

Tracking Number

Tracking numbers can be found in your account and in the shipping confirmation email (check your spam folder).

Delays in Delivery

We guarantee delivery.

If you have not received your package after 7days, we will make sure to refund your money or resent a new package if that’s what you want.Because our packages do not take up to 7 working days without being delivered.

And finally…

We advise checking your own country’s importation regulations before ordering, as there may be further taxes required.
